Once you place your order, our team gets to work right away! We process all orders within 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday). This time frame allows us to ensure your products are carefully prepared and packed for delivery.
Transit Time
After processing, your order will be on its way! The standard transit time is 5-9 business days (Monday to Friday). Your total estimated delivery time from order placement to arrival is 6-14 days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on local factors, so we appreciate your patience.
Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a 24-hour cancellation window. If you need to cancel your order, simply do so within 24 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. After this period, our normal return and refund policy will apply.

Delivery is free throughout United States, with no minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your package in real time on the DHL Express website.

Receiving the order:
Upon receipt of your order, it is recommended to check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person. In case of damage or missing items, please refuse delivery or note your reservations on the delivery note before signing it. Then, contact us within 48 hours so that we can process your claim.
Returns and exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt to return the items to us. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the invoice. Return shipping costs are our responsibility if the return is due to an error on our part.
