Free express shipping is available on all orders over $80 within Australia. Orders below the threshold will incur a $10 standard shipping fee. There is also the option to upgrade to express shipping for $15.
Orders received before 2pm AEST will be dispatched on the same day as the purchase if the item is in stock in our main warehouse. The time frame for receiving your order is 1 - 3 business days. Please be mindful that shipping times may vary due to the impact of COVID-19. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received your order within 7 days of purchasing.
We are unable to redirect items once the order has been dispatched. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery and the package is returned to Day One Active and we will contact you to dispatch the package for a second time. You will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.
Day One Active does not take any responsibility for items that may be lost or stolen in transit. In the rare circumstance that this does occur, we will do our very best to assist in tracking the parcel.
All international shipping orders are sent by Australia Post and take an estimated 10 business days to arrive. Please be mindful that shipping times may vary due to the impact of COVID-19. You will receive a tracking number to assist you in locating your parcel. Please contact email@example.com if you have not received your order within 14 business days.
All customs fees, foreign taxes or any other fees associated to the purchase is the customers responsibility. Please check with your local customs officer for further information.

If your purchase is not quite right, we will happily exchange your item for store credit provided the following conditions are met.
The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit.
To return your item it must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached. Due to the importance of hygiene, when returning socks, the packaging must remain intact and unsealed. If you would like to process a return, please visit 'Return an Item' on our website.
All returns are to be posted to PO BOX 17, Miami QLD 4220. To ensure we can organise your refund as quickly as possible, please include your original invoice which came with the parcel as proof of purchase.
We are not responsible for any costs incurred when returning an item via post. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will send you an email notification once your return has been received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed and sent an an e-gift card to the email address used to purchase the item. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received your refund within 7 business days.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded due to change of mind.
